Bi-Annual Clientele make up the majority of our portfolio. Gone are the days where we used to fly around the coast saying "yes"! to every last minute Christmas clean request before collapsing in a heap at the end of the year. Bi-Annual Clients enjoy a minimum of 2 cleans a year structured something like this:
- Autumn - Out Side Only Clean
- Summer - Full Inside/Outside Clean
We appreciate our relationship needs to start somewhere with new clients but we want to be upfront from the start, Bi-Annual Clients are at the foundation of our business model.
The Works is our 'go to' for generating client estimates and it is the most detailed and popular aspect of our window cleaning service.

- *All Windows Inside & Out Hand Scrubbed/Squeegeed
- *Frames, Sills, Ledges Once Over Brush/Scrub/Wipe
- *Glass Balustrade Hand Scrubbed/Squeegeed
- *Fly Screens Removed & Brushed/Wiped
- *Spider Web Sweeping Around Frames/Eeves
- *Mirrors & Shower Screens Once Over
Mirrors and Shower Screens are not treated the same way as windows. We specify them as 'Once Over' because we assume if we are going to walk past it we may as-well clean it. We give them a once over, we don't spend a considerable amount of time on them.
Gmail is the email platform we use to correspondent all important details with our clientele. Estimates, Date Proposals, Invoices will all come to clients email accounts.
Safety is always our highest consideration for our staff and clients. If access to certain windows present a ‘high risk’ we will highlight this with clients and discuss the priorities.
Fly Screen cleaning extends to removable screens only. Screens or Mesh that are secured with screws or pop rivets need to be considered as a variation to the standard cleaning process.
Hard Water stain removal is something we pride ourselves in however even in our best efforts it is rare to bring glass back to a newly installed condition after lengthy exposure to mineral rich tap water.
Split Day cleaning occurs very rarely however in the event of this we will ensure all the internal items are tended to on the first visit and then return to complete the external tasks.
Rain whilst rain can pose challenges for cleaning we generally don’t cancel a booking due to forecast rain. We can work on other tasks intermittently with passing showers.
Photographs can be used to accompany invoices, attached to client notes, and for our Instagram portfolio. We take every step to exercise common sense with strict privacy for our clientele.
Payment methods vary from online transfer to credit card onsite. Invoices are issued via email with a 7day Terms of Trade rule.
